Pantheon will be deploying Secure Mode for Chat Support. The deployment window is scheduled for Monday, January 23rd from 9:00PM - 9:15PM (Pacific Time). The update will ensure chats are secure by validating incoming messages coming from users who open a Chat Support session.

During the deployment window, all open chats will become invalid. Customers using chat will simply need to refresh their browsers to take advantage of Secure Mode.
