On Monday, January 10, 2022 at 17:02 UTC platform maintenance operations resulted in insufficient capacity in one of our US zones. This lack of capacity caused approximately 111 sites to experience slowdowns and timeouts. At 18:54 UTC additional capacity was brought online to handle the load, with the majority of sites returning to normal operations within the next hour. As a result of this incident we have identified and are implementing multiple mitigations that will prevent incidents like this from happening in the future.
