On February 7th, 2024 at 07:55 PM PST, an infrastructure issue caused a subset sites to respond intermittently with 503 server errors. This intermittent degraded infrastructure continued until 9:04 PM PST.

Engineers were immediately alerted and began work on a fix, which was tested and implemented to successfully restore full service.

Beyond the immediate actions taken, we are putting the highest priority on addressing system and process improvements to both prevent and more rapidly respond to these issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we strive to maintain a high standard of service reliability and performance.
