On May 12th at approximately 10:24am PDT, two cache servers and one database server went offline affecting approximately 0.5% of hosted sites. At 10:29am PDT, the machines came back online and sites began recovering. By 10:32am PDT all sites were back online. Such provider initiated restarts of a single VM happen on a semi regular basis in a cloud environment, the recovery was within our expected parameters.
