In order to improve the customer experience and keep our systems updated with the latest scalable technologies, Pantheon will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
This maintenance includes upgrading infrastructure components to maintain compliance, applying security patches, and improving error reporting for customer workflows.
What you need to do: No action is needed. If your site uses Object Cache (Redis) for sessions or as a database, expect a short outage. Avoid initiating deployments or database updates during the maintenance window if possible.
What you may notice: - Sites that use Object Cache may load more slowly or experience brief unavailability for 3 to 10 minutes - Sites that use Object Cache for sessions or as a database may be disrupted until it returns - Deploys and database updates initiated during the window may fail mid-run. Other workflows may experience brief delays. Failures can be retried with no partial state. - Dashboard may experience temporary interruption
Your site data and databases are not affected.
We will post updates on the Pantheon status page. If you have questions, contact support by chat or at helpdesk@pantheon.io.
