Scheduled backups were unavailable from around 0230 PST on Friday 19th July, until around 0630 PST on Monday 22nd July. This was due to a failing workflow creation mechanism which has since been remedied.
Due to the necessary workflows not being triggered, the alerts we have in place for any failures were also not triggered.
To prevent this from happening again, we will also monitor the platform for lower than expected workflow frequencies.
Normal service has been restored and any scheduled backups for today will be made as usual. Existing backups were not affected.
