On April 16, 2024, Pantheon is implementing a change in the domain verification process. To enhance platform reputation and protect you from domain hijacking, we will now require the verification of domain ownership. Previously, this step was optional and could be skipped during SSL certificate pre-provisioning.

This change will not affect existing domains and no action is required. This was previously planned to launch but was rolled back.
